    My only disappointment is that the minus button (to lower the setting) does not function! It's aggravating since you want everything to work correctly when you pay for it.

    The only change I'd make to this product is to make the round ball more elastic, flexible, or forgiving. It's nearly too hard for us to use since it has a hardness of 7 out of 10. We're 75 years old and maybe a hardness of 4 or 5 out of 10 would work better for us, particularly in the back of our necks.

    It works great!

    However, the battery life is a complete lie. The battery indicator will stay at 100%, but the gun will shut off and not turn back on. I'm aware that there is a 15-minute safety limit, but the battery life isn't there.

    It relieves some discomfort and relaxes my legs. It's worth noting that it automatically shuts off after about 15 minutes of use. At first, I thought it was defective, but I suppose this is a battery-saving feature. If you use this massage gun regularly, you'll need to charge it every few days or so. However, it charges quickly.

    I believe it has 30 different settings, and I typically use some of the faster, more pulsating settings with the round ball attachment to massage my legs and the areas around my sore knees.

    AMAZING!

    The only issue is that, after two to three weeks of use, it gets much louder and buzzier. It's as if something is wearing away inside and the bushings have more clearance. Nevertheless, it is an excellent product that I would highly recommend.
