This works really great. My husband has used it often on his back and shoulders and it does exactly as intended. The only thing I hate is its very powerful and makes my spine and teeth chatter when I use it on my back. There are different massage levels, but the lowest is still really strong. Because of that I dont use it much.

This massage gun is heavy and it has so much power. It did help recover with my injuries: knee, lower back and Achilles. I had it for over a year and it is still powerful, the battery still lasts long, i useit daily and i charge it once a week sometimes twice a week. I would say if you had issues with yours then get a replacement you most likely got a bad unit.

I just got it last night. It was packaged well and I unpacked it to use it. But I could not get it to cut on because there were no directions but I soon realized I had to hold the button down longer. This is a powerful portable massager. I have had other corded massagers that were not as muscle stimulating as this unit. The different head attachments can be used to massage any part of your body. The different densities of the heads also allows for varied intensities of the massage. Much like the famous "Banana Slicer" this is a marriage saver. Since my husband works outside most of the day and refuses to hydrate or even eat a banana for the potassium, (leave alone slice one) , he gets constant muscle cramps. Instructions so difficult to undertand that we were just about to send it back as defective when we realized that you have to push and hold in the power button for several seconds to start or stop the massager. You also need to really push the head on or it comes off when unit is turned on. Otherwise well made and durable. Like storage case except that head must be removed to store the unit.
