9 months ago I pulled my piriformis muscle in my butt and caused a SEVERE sciatic "attack" that I essentially recovered from in about 3 weeks, but the residual pain and numbness in my foot that I THOUGHT was a result of nerve damage, was apparently due to residual MUSCLE TIGHTNESS in my BUTT!!! I used this machine on my butt for 30 seconds and the pain and numbness was IMMEDIATELY RELIEVED by about 90 - 95%!!!! ONE USE!!!! I'M IN LOVE and wish I'd had this 9 months ago...decades ago, actually; I get tension migraines and can't WAIT to use this on my neck and shoulders. WOW!!!!! BEST MONEY I'VE SPENT IN YEARS! Oh, and my one concern, being able to easily use it on myself (my backside in particular) was totally unfounded - it's so easy to use and hold!

This comes with a good charge, is easy to use and comes with loads of adapters. Been seeing a chiropractor for 2 months for intense lower back pain and tight glutes etc. I feel better after the sessions but the massage gun they use seemed to do most of the work.
