I have several autoimmune disorders, neuropathy, and a herniated disc in my back. I have been in physical therapy since November 2020. This is the first time someone in PT has ever used one of these devices on me, and I have found immense relief with it. My therapist suggested that with my chronic issues, it would be beneficial for me to get one of these for at home when I can't get in to see him. It was the best suggestion he could have made for me. I checked out quite a few different designs and finally decided on this one. I LOVE IT. It has been so good for my muscles, especially in my biceps, hips, and feet. I haven't been able to use it on my back yet because I would need someone to help me with that, and I haven't really had someone available for that. It is super quiet for the most part. It does get a little louder at times, but nothing too disruptive. I'm still trying to figure out all the controls, but I've been able to find what works for me and leave it there for now. I will figure the rest out as I go. The instructions are pretty clear, but once I found what worked, I just left it. I also love that there are different tips for different issues. The battery lasts a good while, and I love that the battery doesn't need to be removed to charge it. I just plug it in and let it charge. I have been super pleased with it and am grateful to have found something that works so well for me.

To start, I have a high-dollar "name brand" pro massage gun. I feel like it's paying for the name as it was over $200 on here. THIS gun has more attachments and more features. I honestly got tired of family and friends wanting to use our massage gun. Everyone always ends up doing their feet. Which. Is. Gross. So I wanted another one since if a massage gun is even talked about all guests in our house want to use it. So this solves that problem and now I'll never buy another so-called "high-end" massage gun again. If I could, I'd return the more expensive one. But I've owned it for about 2 years. I'd rather have 2 of these for less money.
